Zwolle coins catalog with values online
The town of Zwolle was founded around 800 by Frisian merchants and Charlemagne's troops. Suolle means "hill", the only non-flooded place between the four rivers - the Eyssel, Vecht, Aa and Zwarte Water.
On August 31, 1230, the bishop of Utrecht granted Zwolle the rights of a city.
In 1294 Zwolle became a member of the Hanseatic League.
Since 1815, like the entire province of Overijssel, Zwolle has been part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
In 1911 Zwolle had a considerable river trade, a large fish market and the most important cattle market in the Netherlands after Rotterdam. The most important industries were cotton production, ironworks, boat building, dyeing and bleaching, tanning, rope and salt making.

The value of the coins is approximate. Most often, it is simply the price for which I once bought this particular coin. You can use it to estimate similar coins (of the same type), but remember that the value is affected by many factors, such as condition and minting date. The price of coins of even the same type can vary greatly depending on the number of surviving examples.
