Transport tokens from UK

These tokens were first issued by a Liverpool charity in 1968 to provide concessions to disabled and pensioner people on public transport. They were issued free of charge and were used to pay for travel instead of or alongside cash. By 1972, the scheme had spread across the country.

In 2018, the program was closed and National Transport Tokens were replaced by other schemes such as the English National Concession Scheme.
